Awande
Awande is 10 years old and suffers from Binders Syndrome. Binder syndrome isa rare congenital condition.It causes underdeveloped bone and tissue in the center part of your face.
He started traveling with Wings & Wishes in 2012 and this is his 25thtrip! He had corrective surgery at Red Cross Hospital.
Ameeran
Ameeran was lucky enough to be chosen as a patient for the Pelo Foundation partnership. There are 500 children awaiting cardiac surgery in the Eastern Cape on a 2 year waiting list!
She travelled to Busamed Paardevlei Hospital where she underwent cardiac surgery. She returned home on 1 February and she is very excited to play with her friends without getting tired!
Kulungile
Kulungile travelled to Red Cross Hospital for cardiac surgery.
Inam
Inam is one of our oncology children. She travelled to Tygerberg Hospital for a PET Scan.
